At SSVM Public School, we strive to provide quality education and ensure the smooth functioning of our institution. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to withdraw from the school. However, it is important to note that SSVM Public School does not offer refunds for any fees paid.

Withdrawal Procedure:

1. Notification: Parents or guardians must notify the school administration in writing of their intention to withdraw their child from SSVM Public School. This notification should include the reason for withdrawal and the intended date of withdrawal.

2. Clearance: Before the student’s withdrawal is processed, all outstanding dues, including extracurricular fees, library fees, etc., must be cleared. The school administration will provide an account statement outlining the pending dues.

3. Return of Materials: All school-owned materials, such as textbooks, library books, sports equipment, and any other items issued to the student, must be returned in good condition.

4. Transfer Certificate (TC): Upon clearance of dues and return of materials, the school will issue a Transfer Certificate (TC) stating the student’s academic record, attendance, and conduct. This TC will be provided to the parent or guardian for submission to the new school.

5. Exit Interview (Optional): An exit interview may be conducted with the student and/or parents to gather feedback on their experience at SSVM Public School. This feedback will help us improve our services and address any concerns.

Please note that once the withdrawal process is initiated, it may take up to [specify duration, e.g., 5 working days] for the Transfer Certificate to be issued.

Refund Policy:

SSVM Public School does not entertain any requests for refunds, regardless of the circumstances leading to the withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to admission fees, examination fees, and any other fees paid to the school.
