Admission Procedure
- Form must be accompanied by two sets of photocopies :
फॉर्म के साथ फोटोकॉपी के दो सेट होना चाहिए:
- Birth Certificate – जन्म प्रमाण पत्र की मूल प्रति
- Photographs-3 – फोटो -3
- Aadhar card – आधार कार्ड
- SSSMID – समग्र आई डी क्रमांक
- Bank Account Copy with IFSC (Child ) – बैंक अकाउंट नंबर – IFSc नं सहित
- Caste Certificate-Child – जाति प्रमाण पत्र (बच्चे/ अभिभावक )
- Residence Proof – निवास प्रमाण पत्र
- Last year Mark sheet – गत वर्ष की अंकसूची
- Original TC-countersigned – T.C. की मूल प्रति
- Shram Kalyan Mandal – श्रम कल्याण मंडल प्रमाण पत्र
- Pan card – पैन कार्ड
उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों के होने पर ही प्रवेश दिया जायेगा ।
- Children must fulfill the minimum age requirement till 1 July of the year in which admission is sought.

3. Registration cum admission form must be filled correctly, completely and duly signed by parents before admission.
4.Horoscopes are not permitted.
5. Vacancies are filled on the basis of performance in the Entrance Test and Interview.
6.The Principal has right to refuse the student’s continuity, whose conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.
7.If the fee dues are not deposited in time, the name of the student will be struck off from the register.
